My coaching is holistically designed to cover 360° and includes 

TRAINING

Our muscles are our biggest and most important metabolic organ and are crucial for maintaining good health. If we do nothing about it, we gradually lose muscle mass after the age of ~30y.

Efficient and progress-oriented strength training is the cornerstone of my training program. I also integrate measures to improve your cardiovascular fitness and mobility.

NUTRITION

How do I get my metabolism going again and reduce body weight? What is a healthy and species-appropriate diet that gets you through the day full of energy? What do I need to consider in terms of a good microbiome? How can I improve the activity of key neurotransmitters or avoid lifestyle diseases? We discuss all of this and derive individual measures for you.

SLEEP-WAKE-RHYTHM

Good sleep and an optimal circadian rhythm play the key role for our performance, physical as well as mental health, stress level and ageing process. Timing, duration, regularity and quality are the key factors for good sleep. Together we will go through options for optimizing your individual sleep and daytime performance.

INTERMITTENT LIVING

‘Life should be oscillating’. Our stressors today are fundamentally different from those of former times. Intermittent Living uses short-term mild stress stimuli or the principle of hormesis for positive health adaptation reactions and makes us more stress-resistant. We will discuss what possibilities fit to your personal lifestyle.

The starting point is a detailed analysis of your status quo on the basis of a questionnaire/initial consultation, and ideally supplemented by an assessment of key health (blood-)biomarkers.

Over a period of 6 months, I’ll support you with personalised training plans (updated every 3–4 weeks), nutritional advice and lifestyle adjustments tailored to your daily routine.

Assessment of your progress based on subjective and objective criteria/biomarker.

 

Following my 6 months coaching programm, further collaboration is possible upon request, which you can terminate at any time.
