At the beginning of our collaboration, I will send you a detailed questionnaire, which you will fill out and provide to me before our first meeting. The questionnaire allows me to understand your current lifestyle, eating habits, state of health, sleep etc. in detail and derive recommendations for action in line with your personal goals.
In our first meeting, I will discuss the results of your questionnaire/status quo and - if available - measured biomarkers. In online meetings (duration 30-60 minutes) every 3-4 weeks, we discuss your new training plan and individual lifestyle optimisations to help you achieve your goals. The content of the individual meetings builds on each other and is focused on my four coaching areas:

Every 3-4 weeks, I will create a new training plan for you that build up on each other, with a primary focus on strength training, but also measures to improve your cardiovascular fitness and mobility. The training plan is individually tailored to you and your personal constraints, e.g. training frequency per week.
During your training, you have the opportunity to make videos of your most important training sets and make them available to me. I will comment on them to further optimize your execution.
If you have any questions between our online sessions, I usually reply by email within 24 hours.
Training equipment required: Every normal gym has the necessary training equipment such as racks, barbells and dumbbells, adjustable bench, cable pulley and other standard equipment. If you don't want to train in the gym, we will find another solution.
