My 3-month Coaching programm consists of a total of 4 online meetings (each lasting up to 60 minutes). The content of each meeting builds on the previous one and is based on my four coaching areas:
TRAINING
NUTRITION
SLEEP-WAKE-RHYTHM
INTERMITTENT LIVING
At the beginning of our collaboration, I will send you a detailed questionnaire to fill out and return to me before our first meeting. The questionnaire will give me a detailed understanding of your current lifestyle, eating habits, health status, sleep patterns, etc., and enable me to derive recommendations for action in line with your personal goals.
During our first meeting, I will discuss the results of your questionnaire/status quo and, if available, measured biomarkers. We will discuss your initial training plan and lifestyle optimisations to help you achieve your goals. The second meeting will take place approximately two weeks later, the third meeting approximately four weeks later, and the final meeting approximately eight weeks later.
If you have any questions between our online sessions, I usually reply by email within 24 hours.
Every four weeks, I will create a new, progressive training plan for you with a primary focus on strength and muscle building, but also measures to improve your cardiovascular fitness and mobility. The training plan is individually tailored to you and your personal circumstances, such as your training frequency per week. For this, I use an app that you will be given access to. Over the course of the coaching period, you will receive a total of three training plans that build on each other.
During your training, you will have the opportunity to make videos of your training sets and make them available to me. I will comment on them to further optimise your performance.
If you have any questions between our online sessions, I will usually respond within 24 hours by email.
Required training equipment: Any normal gym has the necessary training equipment such as racks, barbells and dumbbells, adjustable benches, cable machines and other standard equipment. If you do not want to train at the gym, we will find another solution.
