My 6-month coaching programme comprises up to 10 online sessions (total duration up to 7 hours). The content of each session builds on the previous one and is tailored to my four areas of coaching:

At the start of our collaboration, I will send you some questionnaires for you to complete and return to me before our first online meeting. These questionnaires will give me a detailed understanding of your current lifestyle, eating habits, state of health, sleep patterns, etc., and enable me to draw up recommendations tailored to your personal goals.

 

During our first meeting, I will discuss the results of your questionnaire/status quo and, if available, measured biomarkers. We discuss your initial training plan and initial lifestyle optimisations to help you achieve your goals, and schedule further meetings.

Every 3–4 weeks, I’ll create a new, progressive training plan for you, with a primary focus on strength and muscle building, but also including exercises to improve your cardiovascular fitness and mobility. The training plan is tailored specifically to you and your personal circumstances, such as how often you train each week. I’ll use an app for this, which you’ll be given free access to.

During your training, you will have the opportunity to make videos of your training sets and make them available to me. I will comment on them to further optimise your execution.

If you have any questions between our online sessions, I will usually respond within 24 hours by email.

Required training equipment: Any normal gym has the necessary training equipment such as racks, barbells and dumbbells, adjustable benches, cable machines and other standard equipment. If you do not want to train at the gym, we will find another solution.
